Purchases go through Etsy. The full legal shop policies live there. This page is the short version so you know how we think before you order.
Ready-made gifts ship from Peyton, Colorado through Etsy. Rates, carriers, and processing times are on each listing and can change with the season.
We pack for the object: metal guards in a case or sleeve, lanterns so the thin wood does not travel as a puzzle.
Knife sharpening is local-first. If you need blades mailed, ask before you ship anything — we will tell you whether it is worth it.
Handmade goods: please review the return window on Etsy before you buy. If a piece arrives damaged or we sent the wrong design, message the shop with photos. We will make it right.
If you ordered the wrong listing, we will look at restocking case by case. Used or altered items are not returnable.
Custom engraving is made to order. We confirm spelling, layout, and material before we fire the laser. Once that confirmation is in, the piece is yours — custom work is not returnable unless we made a mistake.
Logos and artwork: send files you have the right to use. We will not copy another maker’s design.
This website does not take payments, store cards, or run a cart. Inventory, shipping, taxes, and buyer protection are handled by Etsy when you check out there.
